SDG 1 – End poverty in all its forms everywhere

We have books for you! This month we are curating content about “Poverty” and how to end it.

The Library collection includes books on topics related to sustainable development, poverty eradication or gender equality in organizations. To contribute to the dissemination of knowledge on SDGs the library will highlight a set of books about each of the SDGs.

This month of September the theme is SDG 1 – No Poverty and our set of chosen books include the bestselling “Why nations fail: the origins of power, prosperity, and poverty” by Daron Acemoglu and James Robinson, “Creating a world without poverty: social business and the future of capitalism” by Muhammad Yunus and Karl Weber that stretches the boundaries of capitalism and reflects on how we can eradicate poverty and “The Prosperity Paradox” by Clayton M. Christensen, Efosa Ojomo and Karen Dillon that reveals a paradox in many approaches that aim to solve poverty.

Stay tuned and visit us to get to know our curated set of books.
