Divya Dubey is Project Manager at GlobalData. Her previous experience includes working as a Senior Business Analyst at Evalueserve where she was specialized in providing analytical support services specialized to the healthcare sector team of Deutsche Bank. She worked on numerous client pitchbooks, industry overviews, comprehensive company profiles, company comparables and case studies, etc. She was also managing workflow streams and capacity allocation for a team of 12 people. Prior to that, she was working as an Associate Analyst at Verity Knowledge Solutions where she worked with the Global Healthcare Team, providing analytical support services for UBS. She worked on analysis and valuation of companies using DCF valuation, precedent transactions analysis, SOTP analysis, LBO, football field, peers performance, evolution of valuation multiples, company comparables, drafting comprehensive pitch-books comprising of industry overviews, company profiles, case studies, share price analysis.
